SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Tide Apparel offer a national/international flat rate shipping fee on all items.


WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard Delivery within Australia is AU $10.00 via Australia Post no matter how many products you buy. 
Express Delivery is AU $13.00 via Australia Post no matter how many products you buy.
FREE express shipping for Australia orders over AU $50.00. Offer is subject to change at any time at Tide Apparel’s discretion.
You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at auspost.com.au/track


Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, packed and dispatched (approx. 1-2 business days), please allow 2-7 business days for deliveries via Australia Post. Deliveries to remote areas can take from 7-10 business days.
Your order is home delivered where this service exists. If you are outside of Australia Post’s delivery network, it will be delivered to the nearest post office and you will receive a collection notification card.


You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If you choose to have your order delivered without a signature of receipt, you are liable for your order after it has been delivered by Australia Post.
N.B. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent via Australia Post at a flat rate shipping fee of AU $20.00. Delivery times can vary depending on the country your order is being delivered to.

International Customs and Duty Charges

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Tide Apparel cannot be held responsible for any charges.
If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us, you will be issued with a refund when the parcel is received, less any freight costs incurred by Tide Apparel. 
N.B. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
N.B. Tide Apparel is not responsible to cover national or international shipping costs incurred by the customer for refunds on non-faulty items or cover the re-delivery costs for exchanges. See our Returns and Exchange Policy.
N.B. All delivery charges are in Australian dollars and subject to change.

Returns

Tide Apparel Returns and Exchange Policy
If you have purchased an item from Tide Apparel and it is not of acceptable quality, incorrect size or faulty you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, you must return your purchase within 30 days of purchase. 

Upon receipt and assessment of the returned item, Tide Apparel will notify you either by email or phone, and if the return is approved, offer a refund or exchange on most items whether purchased online or in store. 

You must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 14 days.

If you have not received your refund, first check with your bank or online payment service. If you still have not received your refund contact Tide Apparel.
The returned item/s must not have been used, worn, damaged and must be in its original packaging. 

Tide Apparel will not accept the return of underwear.
Gift cards are non-returnable. Gifts cards that are lost or stolen are non- replaceable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

If a refund is required due to a fault in the product, the cost of delivery for the return will be refunded to you. For a “change of mind” return or exchange, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

For an exchange, please enclose a self-addressed Australia Post satchel with your returned item so we can post the exchanged item to you. Tide Apparel will not cover the cost of delivery.

If you wish to return a Tide Apparel item that you purchased through one of our retailers, please contact them directly.
We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased through our online store or instore.

Payments

PAYMENTS POLICY
Tide Apparel accept the following payment types:

Credit Card
Tide Apparel accepts Visa and MasterCard online. We do not store your credit card details and the data you enter is securely encrypted.

Afterpay
Afterpay is fully integrated in the Tide Apparel online checkout. All you need to do is choose Afterpay as your payment option when you’re ready to buy. Afterpay splits your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Nominate the card you want to use and automatic payments are scheduled for you. There are no lengthy process or wait times. Afterpay simply uses your mobile phone number and a few personal details to create your account instantly and securely. Please note that Afterpay may impose late payment fees if payment isn't made on the scheduled date, so for further details about Afterpay and their terms and conditions visit their website. 

PayPal
We also accept online payments via PayPal. Your payment details and the transaction is handled and processed directly in the PayPal portal. For more details about PayPal, visit the PayPal website.

Gift Cards
We accept Tide Apparel gift cards on our online store. If the dollar value on your gift card is greater than the value of your shopping cart, the remaining balance will be left on your card. If the dollar value on your card is less than the value of the shopping cart, you'll be asked to pay the remaining balance either via credit card, Afterpay or via PayPal. Questions

Yes, this is possible. Please make sure that the product is in the exact condition that you received it. Please return the product to – Tide Apparel, 12/8 Riverland Drive, Loganholme QLD 4129. Please also include a self addressed pre-paid post satchel and a note stating what you need. Alternatively give our office a call on – (07) 3209 7661.

Yes, on the off occasion of this happening we will organize a replacement or a refund ASAP.

We release ranges seasonally. We will normally release a major range for that season and then release an injection range around 2-3 months later.

Over the years we have designed our own blanks. The fit of our apparel is completely custom and unique. You will not find another product on the market with our fit.

Yes, they are the same. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. We are not open on Saturdays or Sundays.

Please make sure that you follow us and also tag us in your photos/videos on social media so when can see them. You must be wearing at least one piece of Tide Apparel in the content to be eligible for a repost.

We are open to receiving emails in regards to this. However, requests via social media will not be looked at. Please direct all requests to – support@tideapparel.com.au. What we recommend for catching our attention is to constantly tag us in your social media. We will look at a few key things over time – How you carry yourself on social media and how regular your content is. Lastly, its a question that we ask you, what makes you stand out from the rest of the “Tide Family”?
